01) I’ve found what I want but can’t select my size?
If you can't see your size - it's probably sold out or not available! All reworks are one-off pieces and, thus, only available in the sizes given. For more information please get in contact.
02) Has my order been sent yet?
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, orders made before 9am GMT are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday. Orders made after 9am are dispatched the next working day (EXCLUDES Saturdays). Orders made over bank holidays and Sundays will be dispatched the next working day.
03) Part of my order is missing
Sorry to hear part of your order is missing. Please get in contact using the form above, the email, or instagram. Please subject your message using the following: "URGENT : (postcode)".
Your issue will be addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
04) Can you find me a specific item in my size?
Yes. Please get in contact on Instagram, or fill in the form above. Please note that your enquiry may take up to 2 working days to respond to.
05) Can I track my order?
All items posted within the UK are sent using Royal Mail Signed For. There is tracking available, it will not tell you the item's location - but, notify you when the item has been delivered. All international shipments are tracked and signed for. If you choose Special Delivery at checkout you will be able to track your order from origin to destination.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided at www.royalmail.com. If you have not received a tracking number please get in contact.
06) You’ve sent me the wrong items.
Sorry to hear you've had an issue with your order. Although mix-ups do happen, I can understand it's incredibly frustrating.
Please get in contact using the form above, the email, or instagram. Please subject your message using the following: "URGENT : (postcode)".
Your issue will be addressed and resolved as soon as possible and any additional postage costs will be covered.
07) Tailoring and Custom Orders
Free alterations are available on most items on the website. Please get in contact BEFORE buying to verify your measurements.
Custom orders can be organised through Instagram only. Boob tubes are £25, skirts are £40 and two pieces are £55. Any excess material will not be returned unless it is requested before sending the order, and an additional fee is paid. Additional fees may apply for zips. Please fill out the contact form for more information about your custom order.
Special Delivery - next day. Please allow 3 working days before getting in touch.
1st signed for - 1-2 working days. Please allow 10 working days before getting in touch.
2nd signed for - 3-5 working days. Please allow 12 working days before getting in touch.
Europe - 5-10 working days - please allow 15 working days before getting in touch.
Rest of world - 7-15 working days - please allow 21 working days before getting in touch.
Express48 - 2 days - please allow 6 days before getting in touch.
I am not responsible for any custom charges in the destination country.
Please check your country's customs policies BEFORE ordering - once the item is posted any additional charges are for the buyer to pay.
I operate a STRICT no-returns policy.
The only exception to this is if the item arrives faulty or is SIGNIFICANTLY different to the item described in the description. In this case, the buyer must notify me within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds or returns will be offered on items worn, without labels, or without faults. There will be no exceptions to this. I take no liability if you do not measure yourself correctly.
Please be aware that many of these items are vintage or have been in storage for years. There many be a small scent or crinkles to the material.
